Cancellation Policy - Must cancel/reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. - Cancellations within the 24 hours will lose their deposit and require a new deposit to book - No call / no shows will be charged 100% of service Deposit Policy - Deposit goes towards your service - Deposits are non-refundable - If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you can only transfer your deposit once to a new appointment. Lash Policy - Must come with clean lashes, excessive buildup such as make up, oil, etc. - Lashes must be 40% full to be considered a fill, otherwise you will be charged a full set. If you’re unsure of fullness please reach out to me. - You have a 72 hour grace period to notify me about any excessive shedding or length / fullness change. Late Policy - Clients have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. No extra guests unless they’re being serviced. No refunds on services or products.
